If Folder WAV isn't right for you, email contact@folderwav.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@folderwav.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
Your license key is turned off and you must stop using the app.
After 14 days
Purchases are generally final after 14 days. If something has gone wrong, such as being charged twice, email us and we'll make it right.
